The Provost for the unit is Dwight Hensley. As provost Dwight is responsible for the policing of the soldiers by enforcement of the rules and regulations set forth by the Confederacy and those set forth by the Generals.

The primary duties of this position are to ensure the security of the camp and to also ensure all solders are abide by the rules and regulations they are governed by while on duty and in the service of the Confederate military.
